Coffee and tea were great, the space is pretty clean and the staff is delightful. According to my partner, regular pastries are great, but gluten free food is not good at all.

Chimera Coffee (Bangor): I grabbed an oat-milk cappuccino and loved it—the blend is super balanced, chocolatey-nutty, and zero bitterness. Smooth microfoam, clean finish. It’s tucked inside the Phenix Hotel lobby, which gives it cozy lounge vibes and quick service. Would definitely swing back.

Meh... had a cappuccino feels like the milk is on the verge of being sour. Had a bagel with cream cheese ...Took forever to get it... they said they were working on it... got a toasted bagel thrown in a bag with a knife and cream cheese to spread myself. And I swear I saw a tip option for 31%. Are you kidding me????

Loved the macchiato and followed up with iced lattes to go. We had to buy the t-shirts (gorgeous), and beanie (very cool). Fantastic espresso, selection of goods to buy (I got a bag of the Blind Tiger Coffee 'Stoop Sitter'-best name ever!) We got two stickers, because again the branding is beautiful. Fantastic, friendly, warm staff & environment.
