Fantastic atmosphere and great beer!
Such a great tour! They are super passionate and knowledgeable. Everyone in our group loved the tour, even the non-beer drinkers. 10/10 would recommend!
We were following our GPS to somewhere else & it took us down Knox Rd. Didn't look like much from the road, but we were so glad we took a chance and stopped in. I almost hate to post a review, because it was such an out of the way break from the crowds of Bar Harbor! Beer selection was great, had 2 flights in the tasting room and beer tenders were awesome. Went over to the BBQ place, (separate but same beers) and stayed for dinner. Tired of lobster rolls, we dug into the brisket & pulled pork and we were in hog heaven. If we're ever in the area again this will be our first stop!
My husband and I had a great time touring this brewery! Hosts were very friendly, knowledgeable and provided generous pours.
We topped it off with a bbq lunch on premises which didn't disappoint. Highly recommend checking this place out when you're in the area.
Had a wonderful time and learned so much about how the beer is made! Shoutout Pete for the amazing tour!
We were seated immediately, only about 15 people in the place. Water and drinks came very quickly, and then we were forgotten. We ordered the burrata and it took almost 15 min to arrive. People “after” us got full plates before us, so yes, that changes a fun time into a “won’t go there again” experience. Sad, too, because the food was really good.
My group did the noon brewery tour with Pete and we all absolutely loved it! We were a mixed group of beer lovers and non-beer lovers and Pete made the tour about so much more than just the beer making process. A lot of talk of sustainability and their specific production processes made the tour interesting for our whole group! He even was able to answer questions and talk about the history of Maine as it pertains to prohibition and the lasting cultural affects you see in the area - so not specifically beer related but it made the tour so much more interesting for my whole group!
After the tour we were able to taste 3 beers in addition to the root beer and blueberry soda! Everything was delicious and I'd highly recommend the tour to anyone visiting the area.
The brewery does not have any ciders or other gluten-free options on tap (which we don't blame them, they're a small brewery!!) but having the option to do the non-alcoholic tour and then grabbing a different drink from the BBQ restaurant on-site was the perfect accommodation!!
We stopped here for lunch! The BBQ was good, beers were delicious and refreshing, and the service was wonderful. There was an awesome patio area too. Would recommend this place for lunch or dinner before or after a day in Acadia! The blueberry wheat was our personal fave!
Beautifully well done blueberry ale. Amazing clarity for an ale with fruit. Truly impressive
Recently discovered your Coal Porter and it is delicious. Only regret it that I didn't find it sooner. Thanks for brewing such great beer.

As and avid beer drinker, I would say this is the worst beer I have ever tasted.
We really enjoyed the private tour with Christian. It was very interesting. The beer is delicious and Mainely Meats Bbq was great for dinner. Thanks!
We took a private tour of the Atlantic Brewing Company and had a great time. The guide (Pete) was great, he really knew his stuff and was a ton of fun to talk with. We learned a ton about the brewing process and ABC in particular. It was a great time, takes about an hour, include multiple tastings of their fantastic beer and you can get BBQ afterwards. Highly recommend it.
Delicious fresh beers and really great, friendly staff !!
