“The food was mind-blowing !! The team running it is super nice, the sit out area aka waiting area is clean and the music while waiting is just perfect !! Now coming to Food - we ordered Calamari , shrimps, jerk Mac n cheese, chicken wings, hot lobster roll and beet salad and I can just say kids and adults couldn’t stop finger licking and vowed to be going back again next morning !!! In a nutshell you have to come to this place if you are in the bar ha or area!! Perfect fresh yummy hot food after a long day of hiking !!”

“We were there to celebrate our anniversary and had a wonderful experience. Our dinner and wine were excellent. Our server was great, she was friendly and attentive. The hostess was aware of our anniversary as was our server and both wished us a happy anniversary. We even got a special chocolate ribbon with our desserts that said happy anniversary on them. We were very pleased with this restaurant and would highly recommend it.”

“You must eat here! The atmosphere is lovely and laid back. The drinks (and mocktails) are wonderful. The food... the food is fantastic! You can't go wrong with the apps, but the Dilly Pickled Veg is the perfect little zippy snack while you wait for your dinner. The entire dinner menu is truly inspired. The bang bang fried chicken is always a personal go to... but I opted for the Crab BLT tonight and was blown away! My hubby had the Lamb Shwarma and practically licked his plate... the pita alone was a light, fluffy delight. If you order the fries, which you most certainly should, get the garlic aioli... you'll thank me later, it's also good with the lamb. ;)”

“First time here. FANTASTIC PLACE!!! The host was so friendly and welcoming, our server was courteous and efficient and the food was delectable!! I tried their daily special of shakshuka. SO GOOD!! My partner and I split an order of their peach pancakes for "dessert". Also very yum! We'll definitely be back!!”

“We ate at multiple places in bar harbor during our stay. Not to discredit any of them but we went here one night ended up going back the next night! Our food was unbelievable both times (had 4 different entrees) we sat at the bar with Ryan both nights. It was amazing! To say the least great bartender great conversation great food would recommend 10/10.”

I also had a dill potato salad which I enjoyed very much and a latte from Creative Coffee which is s right with them also yummy. We have noted it all to stop there in our next trip to Maine. Worth checking them out. Just a roadside stop with picnic tables outside (very nice ften the best places) and you must wear a mask to order at window.”

“You're going here for cocktails. Do they serve beer? Yes... But that's like ordering grilled cheese at a seafood place (nothing wrong with the beer selection though). Understand this, the place is busier than it looks and making great cocktails is an art. This isn't a beer slinging joint where a order is compete in 60 seconds. Be patient. You're likely on vacation anyway. If you want to see a professional mixologist/bartender/artist, go to the Cottage Street Pub. See Cassidy (dark hair, teal highlights). Enjoy her professionalism and appropriate amount of sass. Cassidy mixed up FANTASTIC cocktails for us Monday through Thursday (July 17-20,-2023) (yeah, you read that correctly, we went four nights in a row). Not only did she mix the cocktails, but she mixed up great tunes the entire time as well. Read all that again, don't waste your time on beer here, get the cocktails. Learn the bartender's name, it helps to grab their attention when they are herding 100 cats. Hope you get Cassidy as your professional bartender! I'm sure the others are great, too.”

“Day one. Lobster roll, clam chowder and a great cup of coffee. Everything freshly made and delicious. Came back everyday, for a week to try the morning sweets. The shop has very good quality retail items, presented without clutter. A lovely place where we will return to again. From Oregon.”

“Chose Everyday Joe’s for breakfast because it’s a little off the strip and we could get in right away. The service and food is excellent! The atmosphere feels like a converted food market (which it is) and hence the name. But if you don’t care about ambiance you should try it. Our omelets were perfect and not too greasy which happens at a lot of breakfast places. The potatoes were amazing too. I recommend Everyday Joe’s for a great meal and a good value.”

“We took a private tour of the Atlantic Brewing Company and had a great time. The guide (Pete) was great, he really knew his stuff and was a ton of fun to talk with. We learned a ton about the brewing process and ABC in particular. It was a great time, takes about an hour, include multiple tastings of their fantastic beer and you can get BBQ afterwards. Highly recommend it.”

“Delicious, well crafted ramen. Love all the vegan options. The bok choy was perfectly charred and all of the different types of mushrooms were uniquely marinated to perfection. Also love the mission of the restaurant, with profits going to feed the community and those in need. Don’t let the simple atmosphere fool you, the culinary experience is top notch!

“This was our last day in Bar Harbor and we sure picked the right restaurant to end our trip. Justin was our server and he was very friendly, explained the menu, specials and prices for lobster. The oysters were so fresh, caught just 3 miles away. Everything we had was on point. Highly recommend and we will be back!”

“Janice was recommended to us by our wedding planner for our July 2021 wedding. Her list of flavors is long and believe me, you could spend all day trying various combinations. For our tasting, every single slice we tasted was moist and amazing. We ended up getting a chocolate and yellow cake with peanut butter mouse and chocolate ganache filling. Never have I ever had something so rich, moist, and somehow light at the same time. For our frosting, I strongly dislike any traditional frostings. Janice suggested a whipped cream frosting thankfully. She provided us with a traditional looking 4 tier wedding cake with flowers (made by her out of merengue) cascading down the side. It was gorgeous! My sister who is a chef was impressed with the presentation, knowing that it was a whipped cream frosting which can be harder to work with. And believe me, this was the best cake I have ever had. 6 days later and it has retained all its flavor and moisture. I don’t seen how we will be able to make it to our first wedding anniversary with that in the freezer. I can’t stop thinking about how good the cake is. You will not be disappointed if you get your cake here!”

I highly recommend trying flavors like Lemon Poppy Jam, Peanut Butter, Callebaut Chocolate, Cookies n' Cream and the Maine Sea Salt Caramel is absolutely divine! The best part? I did not sample any of those food, but their other beers were also top notch. If you like a juicy hazey and you are in Bar Harbor Maine, look no further. “The food was okay. The asparagus and potatoes had no seasoning. The steak was well marbled but sadly, didn’t have any flavor. The bartender was great, he was friendly. But the food was lack luster. I would go back and try something else but I wouldn’t do steak again.
