The perfect post morning hike breakfast spot! The coffee and food were delicious - especially the Monte Cristo. Staff were friendly and the patio was very enjoyable on a cool fall morning.
Very crowded in the morning and love the ambiance. It’s like have coffee in a book shop. We thought we were following a sign but it’s actually the cafes name.The wait is short for us. We just wanted some coffee and end up with some food here too. The service is amazing and great atmosphere.

BY FAR the best breakfast we had when visiting Bar Harbor over the summer. The blueberry pancakes are LIFE CHANGING! Nothing else compares. Cafe This Way is an absolute must if you're staying in or around Bar Harbor. Tucked away down a little street behind some other buildings, it can be easy to pass up, but you shouldn't!
