Blaze is a popular restaurant with a vast selection of beers and cocktails. The pizzas are excellent, well-cooked with plenty of flavor. The Old Fashioned is a highlight, and the poutine fries are amazing and shareable. The Blaze burger is outstanding, featuring a dry-aged patty with bacon, egg, special mustard, and BBQ sauce. The service is friendly, making it a great place to visit again.
