This is what my wife and I will say about Janice’s cakes: We were married 30+ years ago and we and our guests are STILL talking about the cake. My wife put a photo of it in her locket opposite a shot of me from the wedding. We’ve spent the years since trying to replicate its deliciousness and continually fail. Janice is that good.
Janice was recommended to us by our wedding planner for our July 2021 wedding. Her list of flavors is long and believe me, you could spend all day trying various combinations. For our tasting, every single slice we tasted was moist and amazing. We ended up getting a chocolate and yellow cake with peanut butter mouse and chocolate ganache filling.
