Visited this evening to try their blueberry pie after it had been recommended to us. It was absolutely delicious, especially with the vanilla ice cream added. Highly recommend if you want to try some traditional blueberry pie!
Great food and prices. The stuffed haddock was very good with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Lobster bisque was excellent too. Service was quick, but not rushed.
Service was fantastic and food delicious for a quick bite for lunch! The atmosphere is very comfortable with maps of Mount Desert Island on the tables

Many consider it the best lobster restaurant on the East Coast. The cafe also serves a phenomenal blueberry pie, making it a must-try dessert. It is one of the few places open post-dinner, perfect for a late-night treat or a post-dinner cocktail that won’t break the bank. Despite being in a tourist town, the quality of the food and ambiance make it worth the slightly higher prices. The staff is attentive, with a welcoming environment that includes spacious and clean interiors.
