“We did the tasting menu and felt this was a great way to try most of the menu. This was a satisfying amount of food. We loved the homemade pastas, particularly the cacio e Pepe. The duck confit and the pork tenderloin ramen were fantastic and the flavors all worked very well together. Really excellent service from the entire staff!“

“The food was mind-blowing !! The team running it is super nice, the sit out area aka waiting area is clean and the music while waiting is just perfect !! Now coming to Food - we ordered Calamari , shrimps, jerk Mac n cheese, chicken wings, hot lobster roll and beet salad and I can just say kids and adults couldn’t stop finger licking and vowed to be going back again next morning !!! “Thrive is by far my favorite place to eat in downtown. I work in town and often get breakfast amd lunch there. They are friendly, fast, and super delicious! I highly recommend trying the vegan breakfast burrito. The cashew cream cheese and walnut chorizo are yummy! Really, you can not go wrong here. I often recommend this place to tourists.“

It is conveniently located across from the Village Green and the bus stops for the Island Express. We managed of several occasions to pick up a cone while waiting for our bus.“

“Definitely the best meal we had in Bar Harbor. Both ramen bowls were delicious and had strong umami taste. The XO sauce one had a delicious smokey flavor and the fall curry was more creamy taste, similar to Japanese curry sauce. The shishito peppers were very addictive. Each ingredient was fresh and prepped perfectly. Maybe one feedback is I wished the broth was a tad hotter in temperature, but everything else was perfect. My husband who doesn’t go for vegetarian food typically had no issue here.“

“We were on vacation from Indiana and tried all the Bar Harbor pizzas in the town. Rosalie’s was the best and we got it 4 times during our stay. We always brought a pizza back to where we were staying for the night.“

“I bought fudge here for 4 days in a row it was so good, never tried the ice cream but I did buy probably 3 dozen chocolate covered strawberries ? during my stay in Bar Harbor. This is such a cute little town. Also the walkway is narrow so, try to know what you want so you can get in and get out. However the narrow walkway doesn't take away from the great flavors so, definitely worth stopping by ?“

“My wife and I dined here yesterday (4th May) busy Saturday evening around 7pm - turned up without a reservation. Service was good - vast selection of beers and the barman took time to recommend similar ones based on what I was drinking which was appreciated. We both ordered pizzas which were excellent - well cooked and plenty of flavour. Not the cheapest place in town but very good and would go back again in a heartbeat.“
