Our original dinner plans fell through when the place we’d planned to go was closed for the off-season — and honestly, we’re so glad they were! We ended up here instead, and it was such a great surprise. Definitely not your average pizza joint. We tried two different pizzas (both amazing!) and a beer flight with plenty of sours, which we loved. The staff was super friendly — even though it was really busy and they seemed a bit overwhelmed, service was still fast and efficient. We’ll 100% be back!

Granted we were there at the end of the season, ordered a burger medium and it was rare and not warm. Couldnt eat it. Also had fish and chips. Fish was ok, the batter had an interesting flavor, maybe cumin?? The fries were a hit, tasted great. Also had broccolini, it was cooked well and had a good flavor.

On a busy Saturday night we got in quickly. Our waitress made great dinner recommendations - the lobster risotto with scallops and shrimp was excellent and a very generous portion (including the amount of lobster in it). If spending time in Bar Harbor, give this place a try.

We had a great experience at Blaze! We arrived on a busy Monday night and they opened the “back section” for us. Initially, it seemed kind of odd as we were by ourselves in this empty back section with no music but eventually more patrons joined and it was less odd.
Our waitress was excellent and very accommodating. We ordered their version of a Hawaiian pizza and it was absolutely phenomenal. Definitely spicy, so be prepared for that! Our kids shared the kids cheese pizza and that honestly was pretty tasty as well! Happy with our choice!

Because every single thing we got was so good, I would recommend anything on this menu. We had blondie oysters, lobster bisque, curry mussels, local farmer pizza, and the wagyu jamaican jerk tacos. The food is incredible and so is the service.

Our server was great and made sure we weren’t without drinks or water. Lobster bisque was good and had a nice amount of chunks of lobster. Bacon wrapped scallops (3) were a little disappointing as the blueberry sauce overtook the dish. Pork Belly Lollipops were a not cooked evenly as some pieces were tender and flavorful while others were dry/overdone. Blackened Haddock fish tacos were okay as the fish tasted fresh but sauce was a little overwhelming and covered how great the haddock was. Overall the service was great but the food was underwhelming for the price.

Meh- food was on the pricier side and just okay. Pizza was pretty good but expensive for 12 inches, shrimp and mussels had only three shrimp, and it was very salty, service was a bit slow, and they forgot the drinks. There are better options in Bar Harbor.
