We had a DELICIOUS blueberry and vanilla swirl soft serve. I am gluten free so we got it in a cup and it was a very generous serving- perfect to split! The blueberry soft serves stands out as a clear must-try in Bar Harbor. Note- it’s cash only!!

Soft-serve felt a bit icier than I was hoping. Higher water content than milkfat I guess. Smoothie was pretty good. No seating inside, but bright and clean.

Imagine owning a cash only, overpriced and low quality ice cream stand where the atm doesn’t even work, and it’s owned by the ice cream shop itself. There’s a dozen other stores within a couple minutes walking distance

The ice cream here was delicious. They only take cash, so come prepared. They have everything from vegan ice cream to milkshakes to soft serve to ice cream sandwiches and any flavor you can think of. Very busy place even at the end of Sept.

The blueberry soft serve was delicious! I admittedly went back for it again the next day it was so good. I wouldn't say it's cheap... but admittedly I didn't find a restaurant in the area that was. So I didn't mark it lower because of this. I did 3 stars for two reasons. 1. The employees dealt with money etc. but did not wear gloves when handling food. 2. It was cash only. It did have an ATM inside though.
Just stopped in for the blueberry soft serve ice cream. Wanted my family to try it. They all loved it, one did say it was a little too sweet for them. I got a small in a cup, and we split it. The staff was very nice and efficient on how they kept the live moving. It was around $7 but all 4 of us got to share.

Mean server, upset that I asked to see ingredients on the package of container to know if it's kosher. He said it's kosher if you trust me, but the container did not show any kosher. Another associate worker was nice to show me the container but was reprimanded by the main server, claiming it's too many questions and there's too many people (there was no one else at the shop waiting..)

They had 8-10 vegan flavors - some soy milk, some almond milk, and some sorbet. Flavors rotate. We had the rasberry chocolate truffle and the vanilla with raspberry swirl - both made with soy milk and both were excellent.

Blueberry soft serve is out of this world! I am know I am gonna crave this and not be able to have it in NYC. Really a nice truly Maine only experience, grab a cone and walk to the park down the road. I loved the blueberry swirled with vanilla! Def $$ but worth it for the little treat.
Dog friendly! They had blueberry soft serve that I'm still day dreaming about. Highly recommend
