Food was good, coffees were not so great. Also hard to recognize the name from store front. Ordered two coffees and the blueberry lemon scones. Scones were good, just not warm… cofffes were less than great .

Best Italian roast coffee. The Norumbega!
I am a very picky Italian and I drink my espresso straight up. No sugar or anything.
The crema has to be sturdy and thick.
These coffee roasting Mainers know what they are doing. The dark chocolate covered espresso beans are perfect for long late night drives without pitstops on our long dark roads at night. All the wakefulness without the need to pull over!

Great spot right on Main Street to grab a cup of coffee in the morning! Love the popovers! The menu has a wide variety of options, with lots of different drink options!

I’m really picky about coffee - this place knocked it out of the park. I got a hot Acadia Turtle latte, & it was as good as the Joffrey’s I get when I go to Disney. My husband and I actually went back a few hours later to get a blueberry donut, which he thoroughly enjoyed! Very cute, clean place!

For those of us who love espresso and coffee more than the average person, you must, just must try Coffee Hound. This is my/our favorite roasted bean of any we have ever tasted. We love their mainstay, the Italian Roast Norumbega, which is sweet and creamy on the tongue. God I love this coffee.

Hello there! We discovered your brand at the Maine Culinary Festival in Augusta last month and we LOVE your coffee! We were very loyal customers of another local coffee brand in our area for years, but after trying your products we switched to Coffee Hound coffee. Thank you for making such a delicious product right here in Maine! Keep up the good work! Sincerely, Leah &Todd M. Phillips, Maine

The Coffee Hound is not only delicious, but they’re so good to our boys! While we waited for our food and coffee(which is AMAZING!!! Best we’ve had!!) an employee fed our pups a pup cup ❤️

So glad I gave this place a try! Had a sand beach iced latte and it was wonderful. The pastry selection looked great too, but didn’t grab one while there. Hoping to visit again soon! Best latte I’ve had in Bar Harbor so far.

On a cool rainy afternoon, we got lattes and donuts to go. My husband is very particular about his lattes and thought these were just ok. The Acadia Turtle latte has good flavor and we were happy they had oat milk. The donuts were tasty as was the peanut butter chocolate chip cookie.

Says dine in and takeout. Not a coffee shop...

The coffee was very burnt and bitter tasting. Not great. I will say the service was good. Wouldn’t go back. I get that it’s a tourist trap town.

Fresh, hot popover with EXCELLECT local blueberry jam with maple butter. A TASTY TREAT!!! (Also took home a fresh cinnamon roll--that was excellent as well. NOT something that was frozen and reheated. It was made fresh that day.)

During our week here, we stopped in no less than 3 times. It's a busy place, but they move the line quickly and efficiently. The HUGE cookies were a hit with our group!

This is ridiculous. This is not a coffee house. It is not a diamond nor is it a takeout. It is a Headquaters. There is no coffee available here retail.
