The food and service were AMAZING! Our server was very kind and offered to give me a new drink because she thought she gave me the wrong thing (she didn’t it was ok!) and the food was very well price for the taste and quality! Not to mention it was fast! I went with my family of 5 and we got our food in probably no more than 15 minutes and nothing felt rushed! I would go again!!

Very chill place with great food! We got drinks food and appetizer all for $70 for 2. Was on the way to side street cafe (which is also great) and saw this place! Def worth a visit. Esp good if you have anyone allergic/averse to seafood, there’s lots of options.

Extremely fast service. It was self seating when we got there. Our waitress came over quickly to gather our order. The food came out fast! The pricing was way less of a shock compared to the surrounding restaurants. Ya know, the typical insane price because it's a vacation area...We sat outside, and it was actually a very nice area. The food was also delicious. The only thing to be cautious of is that refills are not free...we did not realize that when asked if we wanted another. It's $1 per refill. Other than that we had no complaints.

This place! The Dog & Pony Tavern is the ultimate local bar in Bar Harbor. The food is great, the drinks are great and their atmosphere is fun and energetic. While you enjoy your meal and drinks you can watch any of the multiple screens, play games or listen to all the great conversations you hear from locals and tourists conversing. They also have a great outside area that offers its own unique experience. The Dog & Pony Tavern....check it out!

Our waitress, Lynn, was extremely personable, knowledgeable, & friendly! It's obvious she loves working here! My daughter wanted honey barbecue, but they only have barbecue, so she brought my daughter honey packets to add to her barbecue sauce-delicious! My other daughter has food sensitivities & allergies & Lynn repeatedly ran back to the kitchen with a smile to confirm the foods she wanted to order were safe for her! Additionally, she took extra care of my daughter since her arm was in a sling. All of our lunches were delicious!! You MUST give them a try-you won't regret it! Prices were great during tourist season in Bar Harbor, Maine!

This was a nice stop with plenty of classic and unique bar food options. What drew me in to come here was the teriyaki chicken sandwich which was way better than what you find at Red Robin’s. The cocktails here are also cheap ($10-12 each) which I would totally go back to.

We came here in late November on a Sunday night, so it wasn't crowded at all. The waitress was quick to take our appetizer and dinner orders, and the food came out very quickly. Our meals were great, and the service was awesome. I would definitely come back here again!

What a great little gem in Bar Harbor. We were craving comfort food and had chili dogs. They were very good and hot the spot. Great hang out to eat or have a few drinks. The staff is very friendly.
