To be fair, I never tasted the food. My daughter and I stopped by in late March a little before noon. There wasn’t a single person in the place besides two employees, one sitting down and one behind the counter. We wanted breakfast but the employee behind the counter insisted on lunch only. We politely thanked them and left but afterwards thought it would not have taken much for them to serve us since no one else was there. Disappointing.

What a disorganized bunch. Clean restaurant. In the only customer. I order a veggie burger and the 2 guys working chat for about 7-8 minutes and then tell me there's no Veggie burgers. I ask for a refund and they tell me it's impossible. They offer me a cheese burger and I ask for a regular burger with no cheese. Five minutes later they bring me a a warm bun and toppings but no burger. When I bring it back to ask for a burger the cook says I said no burger. He then realized it was no cheese. As I'm writing this, he's now cooking the burger. PS. - I asked to eat in and both attempts were given to me in to go boxes.

I don’t say this lightly, but I had the best damn cup of coffee I’ve ever had in my life at Everyday Joes. Get the Acadia blend! Our server heard me say I liked the coffee and provided 3 bags free of charge. Highly recommend!

The California sandwich was delicious and the French fries were incredible. Will gladly go back for lunch.

Unfancy spot with a hot grill and a quick breakfast/lunch menu. Bacon cheeseburger did not disappoint. And at long last, I found bottled Moxie!

Got the Ruben, only thing Ruben about it was sauerkraut. Disappointing. Fries were ok

Slow service, and while not unfriendly, wasn't friendly or helpful. Waited almost 35 minutes for our food and they were not very busy. Only two people working, one cook, one other for everything else. Interior is simple and sparse. Served our food on paper plates with plastic ware. Food was very greasy. Bacon was limp and soaked in grease, omelette with sausage and cheese was decent, but greasy. Pancakes tasted like Bisquick - both the regular buttermilk and blueberry. Coffee was ok. Won't eat here again.

Greasy spoon joint with emphasis on greasy. Not particularly clean or good. Would not at all recommend.

Had a very good breakfast sandwich with potatoes. Order at counter, then find a seat. Best part is they have free parking.Parking: At least half a dozen spots by their gas station pumps

If you're in the charming town of Bar Harbor, Maine, and in search of a fantastic meal, look no further than Everyday Joe's. My recent visit to this delightful eatery left me utterly impressed and thoroughly satisfied. I had the pleasure of trying their Reuben and Turkey Club sandwiches, and I can confidently say they were nothing short of amazing. You'll feel right at home in this charming establishment. Now, let's talk about the food. The Reuben sandwich I ordered was a masterpiece. The corned beef was perfectly tender and packed with flavor, and the sauerkraut and Swiss cheese added a delightful tanginess and creaminess to each bite. The rye bread was grilled to perfection, providing that satisfying crunch with every mouthful. It was a harmonious combination of ingredients that left my taste buds dancing with joy.The Turkey Club sandwich was equally impressive. The turkey was juicy and piled high, and the bacon was crispy and flavorful. The addition of fresh lettuce, tomato, and mayo added a refreshing contrast to the savory components of the sandwich. It was a classic done right.Dietary restrictions: Gluten

We stopped in for lunch after walking around Bar Harbor. The menu is pretty limited, but I enjoyed my Greek salad. My husband had the grilled chicken soft tacos - there were 3 which surprised him and the fries were great! It is counter service, but she did bring our food out. It didn't take very long. It is bare bone decor, but clean and well maintained.

Excellent coffee choices, blueberry pancakes & omelets. Server was sweet and patient. Cook is wonderful.

Excellent coffee and friendly service in an unpretentious but comfortable setting. The cool jazz playing in the background adds to the ambiance. The blueberry pancakes were tasty and the bacon was crisp.

If you are looking for a great cup of "Joe" (several varieties) this is your place. Looking for a quality sit down breakfast with variety, skip this place. More of a "grab something on the run kinda place". You get what you pay for. Staff very nice, place was clean.

Breakfast omelette was fine, bagel was not great, and the price was pretty high for what is basically a gas station convenience store.
