Certainly the best restuarant in Bar Harbor open in the office season. Friendly and courteous staff, delicious seasonal seafood offerings, try the paella.

Excellent dining experience. Locally sourced ingredients and very extensive wine list. The seafood paella was perfect and we enjoyed interacting with our server and the owner as he visited tables.
Absolutely wonderful NYE meal! We started out with perfectly made cocktails and then moved on the a delicious Spanish wine that the owner helped us pick out. The prix fix menu was well thought out and the came out at a very nice leisurely pace. We never felt rushed! The night ended at the bar listening to an incredible jazz duo! A great night was had by all!
We truly enjoyed our dinner at Havana when we visited in Dec 2025. Enrique was our server and was warm and hospitable. He gave us some insight into several options on the menu and lived everything we got. The mushroom spring rolls are a must order item for us when we go and as usual, they did not disappoint. We also enjoyed the white bean soup and tostada with brisket. For our entries we got the lamb shank, paella, and ribeye and enjoyed it all. We had a nice chat with the owner, Michael, who stopped by our table. Havana is a fine dining spot in Bar Harbor that should not be missed if you're in town!

Great dinner in Bar Harbor on a cold winter's night. Visited during the off season & no reservation needed. Harley was a wonderful server & helped us coordinate dietary restrictions with the kitchen. In leiu of a vegan appetizer, Harley brought out warm bread with rosemary-infused olive oil & hummus from the chefs. For entrees, the Calabaza was packed with flavor & the Vegan Paella was smokey with a hint of spice. Highly recommend the Caipirinha for a bright fresh Brazilian cocktail or Periodista for a balanced fruity Cuban cocktail. Not enough room for the vegan sorbet unfortunately but will definitely visit Havana again next time we're in Acadia. Thanks for helping us find our coat!

We have been coming to Havana for years and it NEVER disappoints! The staff are all dialed in and super responsive, pleasant, etc! And the food is AMAZING... not to mention a fantastic wine list. It's the real deal and not to be missed when in Bar Harbor!
We went to Havana and we were pleasantly surprised with quality, authentic food and great service
The food here is incredible! We tried several restaurants in Bar Harbor, but this one is definitely at the top of our recommendations list. The menu changes seasonally, yet they keep a few staples year-round like the Seafood Paella (which was amazing). Every dish we ordered was delicious, and everyone in our group left happy. I highly recommend!

The entrees are very good (we had lamb and duck), definitely worth the price. The waitress is friendly as well. A good place for a special occasion.
We're not a big fan of the appertizers.
The acoustic makes it a little hard to listen to others.

Just had a top notch dinner at Havana. And as someone who has to eat gluten free I was so impressed when the waiter brought out gluten free bread for me when he brought out bread for the table AND my own butter/spreads for it so there wasn’t cross contamination. Every dish we ate was amazing. Do not overlook the vegan option! My daughter (not vegan) thought it was one of the best meals she has eaten in years.
A great place to have celebratory dinner. Wonderful service and creatively crafted food. Our server was beyond excellent! We will come again!
I have nothing bad to say about this place. We took our parents here to celebrate me and my husbands wedding and the staff wrote a card and brought out a special dessert for us. From the extensive wine list, to their specially handcrafted cocktails, everything was so delicious. Now the food. The food was outstanding! The flavors and presentations were amazing and the portions were perfect! If you have a special occasion or just want to eat some finer Cuban food, you MUST visit here. We will be back!
Great food and friendly service. We visited during the off season. While we thought we had made a reservation, it turns out we made it for the wrong day. Regardless they were able to seat us immediately. The atmosphere was upscale, but intimate.
We had the Gambas to start, which I shamelessly mopped up the leftover sauce with extra bread.
Then we shared the chuleton for our main course. Every bite was wonderful.
