Where do I even begin? I am a chef, and have been a chef for a while! This place made it an experience for me! From the greeting, to the seating, to the Samuel the Sommelier, to Megan server and to the end everything was absolutely perfect! I was absolutely blown away! The Carne! With Lobster... Holy Toledo! Incredible! I cannot wait to frequent this place again! Havana you have stolen my heart! In a good way though!
Great food—flavorful and thoughtfully prepared. While the dishes leaned more toward Spanish influences than traditional Cuban flavors, everything was absolutely delicious. We had the seafood paella, the lobster moqueca, and the sopa de espárragos—all packed with rich, layered flavor. Quite tasty!

We found this highly rated restaurant and made a reservation prior to our trip. And boy are we glad we did. My rum and coke was top notch. As were the spring rolls and pork belly we got as appetizers. The bread and its dipping sauces were all unique and delicious.
