Such wonderful ambiance! The view was spectacular but so was our server Genevieve! The food was superb too! Lemoncello-tini, garlic knots, shrimp & lobster scampi, and hot honey pizza! Topped off with the blueberry pie. 🤌🏼
Must go. Don't pass this up!

Fantastic breakfast! We really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Our server was extremely attentive.

Arguably one of the most underrated spots for dinner in Bar Harbor. Italian food is excellent—we had the garlic knots, meatballs, chicken parm, and hot honey pizza. SO good! Drinks are also superb, and staff is attentive and accommodating. The patio has an unbeatable view and is even dog-friendly.

You are here for the view and atmosphere. I ordered the Rustic breakfast Sandwich but I really wanted Eggs Benedict but I don’t like English Muffin so I kindly requested they change the Muffin for the Ciabatta bread and they wouldn’t do it. Don’t see the big deal.

Visited their restaurant but didn't stay. Went for breakfast. Great staff. had French toast which was good. Beautiful hotel and definitely go back.

Had Mother’s Day dinner here. The bruschetta was delicious. The Greek salad we split was good. And our entrees were delicious - spaghetti potosi w/meatballs and chicken Parmesan. On a different night we did takeout pizza and the Caesar salad which was good.

Server John P was fantastic....very professional and attentive. Food was great.....would have given 5 stars except hostess atitude was completely unacceptable. Got ronreataurant 15 minutes before kitchen closed and couldn't have been a bigger spot about seating us. As soon as seating as over the experience was great....jsut wish the person introducing you to the establishment was more friendly and welcoming.....unfortunate.

Great service and atmosphere! My spaghetti pomodoro was okay, husband loved the the chicken parm. The exploding cake dessert blew us away with both taste and presentation!

Terrible, rude service. Plenty of places to go to enjoy your time and not waste your money. Such a shame.

Beautiful restaurant. We only got a charcuterie board, which was good. Server was a bit impatient and kept trying to take away our food while we were still eating. Besides that, very nice.

We really enjoyed our meal here! Our server was on point, the food was amazing. The atmosphere was great (just a smidge loud). I had the lobster ravioli- it was spectacular! My husband had the halibut and it too was delicious. The desert was outstanding! Loved this place, it was a wonderful last meal before we had to leave the picturesque town of Bar Harbor. Thanks for a great experience!

Good food. Just wish bread was served with pasta instead of at an extra cost.

The food was ok, but the experience was disappointing. We ordered a salad, and without asking they split it into 2 plates and charged us extra for it. When the bill came we asked to remove it since we didn’t understand why it was split in the first place.. and they refused.

The Surf and Turf is excellent and well prepared. The lobster and shrimp starter, however, a little too lemony but good. Our server John P was more than professional, explanatory, attentive and he knows his dishes. Small and can be noisy given that the dining room is small and the bar is partly there. In high season, it is better to book.
Hand Rolled Polpette: Lactose-free for my wife; Thank you very much to the chef.
Lobster and Shrimp Scampi: good, a little too lemony.
Chicken Saltimbocca: Good
Bella Surf n Surf: Excellent
However, they charge $2 for bread.

Dietary restrictions: My wife has lactose intolerance and they made her milk-free polpettes.

Parking: On the hotel site some free places, otherwise on the street but paying. Depending on the time of year, it can be difficult to park.
