Lobster bisque was not hot with one tiny piece of lobster claw. Menu said lobster chunks. Spaghetti pomodoro OK. Creme brulee dessert was 3 flavors not warmed from the caramelized flame. Guess taken directly out of fridge. Hubby's hamburg and fries ok. Also this LaBella Vita does not have dinner or lunch menu online only the breakfast choices.Service was acceptable. All in all it's our last meal there. As a Regency resort they should do better. Also no room service. They said call order in and pickup

Bar closes at 9? On a Friday? Also, staff was fairly rude. Hotel is great, restaurant within - not so much.

Cannot comment on atmosphere or service, but we ordered food to go (take back to room) and it was terrible. Very skimpy portions, as if I ordered off the kids menu, and very bland. Much better choices elsewhere. Just thought I would try the hotel option during our stay.

Can't believe how long a breakfast can take due to waiting...
Be prepared to wait forever at each step of having Breakfast: wait minutes to be seated, then wait close to 10 minutes for a waiter to take the order, wait more than 30 minutes for food to come out... EGGS! Over 30 minutes to cook eggs...
We are talking about breakfast here, can't imagine how long a dinner can take...

Service was horrible!
We waited over 20 minutes to order dessert. Our server disappeared. Then my husband burnt his tongue on the blueberry pie.
We stopped the night before for just dessert and waited over 20 minutes to get the dessert and the restaurant was empty.
Our server did not ask if we wanted a salad or bread with our meal. When I asked about bread, it was an extra charge of $3.00 and we had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the bread.

We had breakfast in the morning and it was decent. We had dinner later and it was quite poor to the point of being amusing.
We ordered a bottle of white wine which came warm. They put it in a bucket of ice and it became drinkable but I was perplexed that they would serve us room temperature white.
We shared an appetizer which was so salty I think the salt shaker lid must have come off and they just sent it out regardless.
Both of our pasta entrees were fine. Pasta way past el dente which is the norm here but overall pleased with those.
We both quite liked our server. I did question him on the warm wine and he said sorry, yeah. I told the manager our wine came out warm and she said yeah, she knew, shrug.
I would definitely avoid for any meals other than breakfast.

Says they close at 9 but wouldn’t do room service at 8:15…

My wife and I arrived at the restaurant around 8pm and it was empty (it’s still early in the season). Even though the restaurant was already setup for breakfast in the morning they were happy to seat us and the service was excellent.
We started with the bruschetta which was full of flavor and carefully prepared. For main entrees we split the Spaghetti Pomodoro with meatballs (full portion) and Salsiccia Pepe pizza. Both were delicious and a healthy serving of food. Plenty of leftovers
For drinks we started with wine and ended with cocktails. I ordered an old fashioned (not on the menu) and it was a very healthy pour. Overall great service and a lovely experience. It’s not a cheap restaurant but it was worth every penny in my opinion!
Fantastic views overlooking the bay!

I ate here with some friends from away when they visited last summer. Locals will know what this means: island prices, tourist service, and not local quality. It is abundantly clear, based on the experience, that this is not a restaurant that relies on repeat business. With a doughy, cold, bland, and overpriced pizza, drinks with the same name but which vary in recipe depending on the bartender, and a server who mentions what he thinks is the appropriate gratuity percentage, my advice is to save yourself the sadness you'll feel after a meal here and get a dry slice at a gas station; similar in quality but only priced 25% above value (50% if you're on island, of course).

Dinner hostess outran us to the table and passed us on the way back, Continuous loud banner from the kitchen. Food was so so at best. It was in October, end of season, and we were treated as such. Only thing italian was a few American favorites like pizza and some mix and match pastas.

We should have heeded the other reviews. This place really needs a manager. It’s sad when you have a 100 dollar meal and everything about the experience was awful. Slow to be seated. Slow to be acknowledged when seated. Fries were cold and soggy, burger wasn’t cooked to med well, lobster roll was fishy. Gin and tonic was flat and weak. Idk at some point there should be some accountability. Other tables also could be heard complaining amongst themselves. Read yo reviews foo. Got the location but no effort. Lame as heck to be acting like nothing is wrong. Grow a pair and run a business.

Food was good, but service was terrible. Asked to speak with the manager and he didn't come. Left our hotel room number for a call back and that didn't happen either. Needless to say we will not visit the restaurant again and we still have 4 more days staying at the resort.
