Food was excellent, bartender was informative. Have to say I was shocked to get charged $11 for a pint of a Maine-brewed IPA.

DO NOT MISS THIS SPOT!!! Do yourself a favor and stop here so far the favorite of our trip and we’re on day 5. The bar tender was absolutely amazing my husband who gets a Reuben about once a month when we go out said it’s the best he’s EVER HAD the tacos chefs kiss and the pub fries were delish. Drinks best we’ve had so far so glad we hit this spot!!! An absolute must stop if you like good beer, excellent service and even better food. And the largest Irish whiskey selection around

We’re visiting Maine from Georgia and tonight at Leary’s was such a great introduction to New England! The bartenders served great drinks played great music (Noah Kahan), and kept the channel on the Alabama basketball game. Service and atmosphere were both phenomenal and I’d be a regular if it weren’t a 22 hour drive from home. I just wish we’d come for dinner as well as drinks because everything looked and smelled delicious.

The best blackened haddock sandwich i've had in my entire life. Cozy and quaint little pub in the heart of town with easy going and congenial bartenders.

Amazing place, staff is great especially Max (the bartender) he is very knowledgeable about the large whiskey selection and extremely nice. Bonus that this is closest irish pub to ireland in the United States. If you’re in emergency services they collect patches for the bar back from your department. Great food and plenty on tap to choose from. Mixed drinks are crafted with style.
