10/17/2025 My recent visit, I was here 3yrs ago also and was so impressed with the friendly helpful service and advice on how to care for a live 🦞. I returned the prices are fair and the lady remembered me from 3 yrs ago. She answers any questions you have and packs your lobsters for travel and any other seafood you buy. It's hard to find good customer service in today's world. Parson's market is more than worth going to. Forget the others and come here you won't regret it. We bought mussels also here the lobster and mussels was absolutely fresh and so delicious. Every time we come to Maine we will be getting our seafood here! Thank you Parsons for being so friendly and welcoming to your customers. P.S. plenty of locals get their seafood here too.

The owner and the young man working the store are the BEST!! So helpful, friendly!! Loved the tips on how to freeze everything. Can’t wait to visit again and definitely go to PARSON’S.

A lovely, friendly place with some amazing seafood.
Bought 15 pounds of live lobster to take back to Ohio. Good prices and very nice people. They have other seafood options such as shrimp, crab meat, and several different kinds of fish. You provide the cooler and they will provide the seaweed and ice packs. Seaweed keeps the lobsters happy, hahaha. Will keep (travel) for 36 hours before needing to be cooked or blanched and frozen, so plenty of time to get home. Recommend really good cooler if bringing one.

Was okay- crab roll was good. They ran out of small hard shells live lobsters really fast and was really disappointed :(
