Prices, food and service was very good! Nothing better than a great meal after a long day of hiking

Awesome food! Good happy hour prices, staff and atmosphere!

The waitstaff was excellent, and the food was wonderful. The waitress actually brought more lobster to the patrons who ordered the lobster bisque because she felt there was not enough lobster. Everyone found something they liked from age 8-50. We would definitely come back!

The first time I went, I had the Lobster Scampi and Blueberry cheesecake for desert. They were to die for.

Despite the name this restaurant was pretty pricey. However, my family and I can't complain because the food was AMAZING and the costumer service was great ! I had lobster carbonara and there was plenty of lobster in it! Would recommend for sure !! :)

Outstanding service, but everything else about this place was absolutely dreadful. Furniture was cheap and rickety. Tenderloin steak tips tasted like beef stew cooked for 8hrs in a crock pot, served with boxed instant potato. Chicken parm was flavorless, baked not fried, covered with unseasoned canned stewed tomato. Pasta tasted like it was cooked earlier in the week and reheated. Restrooms were wretched little closets shoved in a sagging corner in a hallway which housed the wait station and office computer. If it were not for the smiles of the hardworking young lady serving us, running senselessly up and down stairs every 60 seconds, we would have bailed.

Awesome food! Definitely worth the visit. Try this joint out for its lobster menu.

Poor Boy's is a decent place to go. Food was average. Service was rough

Oh so good! I have been twice now this summer. Mediterranean pasta with linguine instead of penne both times it was that good. Early bird special came with soup and dessert. Can't beat it

Im a bit partial to Italian food in the first place, but aside from all that, i would recommend. We got a second floor seat looking out a window. The food was good and the prices were decent in comparison to everything else in bar harbor.

We had an excellent lunch at Poor Boy. Each of our lobster pasta had a whole small lobster in it. We could really taste the freshness of the lobster. The portion was ample and they were also generous with the vegetables. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. He even said Hi to our dog. Our time eating in the patio was very pleasant and the flowers on the side had brightened up the setting quite nicely. Very glad to have found this place in Bar Harbor.

Excellent dinner. Excellent service. House salad with blueberry vinaigrette dressing was delicious. The lobster scampi was fantastic. I saw several critical reviews and I honestly didn't expect much but I was very happy with this place and will definitely come back.

Gross, gross and more gross. I come here for the blueberry pie. The recipe has changed, but the price has not. You can get better pie at your nearby gas station. I bought four slices, ate one and the other three will go in the trash. $30 and a one hour trip wasted.

Good food nice place and good atmosphere. We walked up and they quickly seated us upstairs close to the windows. We had chicken Parmesan and butter and herb haddock. We had a nice waitress from Bulgaria and was very nice and made sure everything was in order. Prices were a little better than most places here in Bar Harbor and would recommend to anyone here in town!
