Our late night small plates at Testa’s were delectable, and beautifully presented. Highly recommend the oysters rockefeller, coconut shrimp, and blackened fish tacos. “Fine Food and Hospitality”—nailed it. 💯
For me, one of the best in the area. I loved that it's close to the boardwalk. The place is beautiful, the service is excellent, everything we ordered was well-made with the best ingredients. For the quality of the food, the prices were good. Highly recommended.
We visit here at least twice every year when visiting Bar Harbor. The people are excellent and really know the meaning of customer service.
Good food. Good place. Good service. Fair prices.
The scampi lobster roll was absolutely delicious. My husband had the oysters and fish and chips which he said they were best he has had in a long time.
We had delicious halibut dinners! It was a beautiful evening so we chose to sit outside. Our server, Marie, was lovely! She was very attentive but we were not at all rushed. I highly recommend Testa’s and Marie! We have also eaten breakfast here, and everything was great!
Perfectly cooked and amazing service.
The food was good, the atmosphere was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had purchased 3 shirts for my grandkids at the shop next door, and left my bag at the restaurant. The manager Christopher was kind enough to pull the video footage to find out what happened to my bag. Thank you Chris for taking the extra steps and going the extra mile to help me figure out what happened.

I got the calamari and the fish & chips. Both dishes came with less than 20% fish that was cleverly placed on top to hide that the other 80% of each plate was just fried vegetables. The ratio did not seem right given the price of the food. The fried haddock in the fish & chips was flavorless and bland too, even the tartar sauce couldn't help it. Service was slow but the servers were very friendly and welcoming

Stopped here while cruising. Food was delicious. Great combinations and flavors. The Capt Colle (sp?) was great. Took the photo of it after some taste testing.

Our experience at Testa’s in Bar Harbor was spectacular! Chris, (the General Manager) and Sammie (our Server) went out of their way to take great care of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our “Taste of Maine” and “Lobster Dinner”. The clam chowder was the VERY BEST I’ve ever tasted - and that’s coming from a New England gal! We had an amazing window seat on the 2nd floor with a gorgeous view of the Harbor. During dinner we had the biggest surprise - a vivid rainbow, right before our eyes! ? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
