The food was good, the atmosphere was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had purchased 3 shirts for my grandkids at the shop next door, and left my bag at the restaurant. The manager Christopher was kind enough to pull the video footage to find out what happened to my bag. Thank you Chris for taking the extra steps and going the extra mile to help me figure out what happened.

I got the calamari and the fish & chips. Both dishes came with less than 20% fish that was cleverly placed on top to hide that the other 80% of each plate was just fried vegetables. The ratio did not seem right given the price of the food. The fried haddock in the fish & chips was flavorless and bland too, even the tartar sauce couldn't help it. Service was slow but the servers were very friendly and welcoming

Our experience at Testa’s in Bar Harbor was spectacular! Chris, (the General Manager) and Sammie (our Server) went out of their way to take great care of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our “Taste of Maine” and “Lobster Dinner”. The clam chowder was the VERY BEST I’ve ever tasted - and that’s coming from a New England gal! We had an amazing window seat on the 2nd floor with a gorgeous view of the Harbor. During dinner we had the biggest surprise - a vivid rainbow, right before our eyes! ? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very good food. Very sketchy service. I was sitting at bar and watched bartender screw up four orders in a row, including mine. Great location so they don’t really need to have good service. Lol.
4/5 stars *only* due to missing prices on expensive items. The food was delicious and the service was very good. Haddock reuben was very wet, and the pool of liquid made the bread soggy. Somehow, this didn't detract from the sandwich, though.

Samy was an outstanding very pleasant waitress. Her recommendations were spot on. The Clam Chowder is the best we ever had. The French fries, Lobster Tacos, and Coleslaw were delicious.
