One of our favorite meals while visiting Bar Harbor was at Testa’s. They were open late, which was perfect for us after a full day of hiking and swimming in Acadia National Park.

Our coastal feast included fresh local oysters, the incredibly delicious lobster mac and cheese, fish tacos, and (according to my daughters) the true star of the show: the Rasta Pasta. It’s been a year and a half since our visit, and they still talk about that dish.

We hope to make it back again someday!

Kaylee was excellent , Was having a bad night when visiting maine couldn't get into anywhere, no parking but finally got in here. She was funny and attentive while running her butt off at the same time. Food was ok.
I had better lobster at longhorn steak house.
My partner love her dish though.
Atmosphere wasn't bad , normal for any packed place i would say.

We ate here our first night in Bar Harbour. Hostess was so helpful as I explained I have a seafood allergy. She explained what needed to be done. Waitress (so sorry forgot your name) was informed and she told me all the things I could have without contamination from the seafood oils. Which was still a good selection. Food was so tasty and enjoyed a few nice drinks. Took a great piece of cheesecake back for later and it was also amazingly good.

This is our second year coming to eat at Testas, we love the food here last year I had a sea food Alfredo with blueberry wings which were delish. This year I ordered a lobster which was also very delish. The service was great and so was the atmosphere. I think the price is fair for what you get but its subjective. Coming to eat at Testas will become a yearly tradition for us.

We had the best experience here! Our server was so sweet and helpful, and ensured we had a heater near our table so we could dine with our doggo. We ordered off the dog menu for our Dolly Parton, and she was treated like a queen! We also loved our meals (lobster roll and salad topped with roasted chicken). Would return and highly recommend if you’re in Bar Harbor!

The Hostess at the door was mean and unfriendly. She scolded us for using the wrong entrance, even though the correct one had no sign. She was very nasty. Our waitress, however, was very nice.

Some of the food was decent some was actually flavorless. The tomato soup tasted more like celery than tomatoes. Avoid the risotto balls appetizer as it didnt have any seasoning and was very bland. Wasn't worth the money spent

This was a restaurant that jumped out at us. We were taken to the second floor and got the corner table with good window views of the harbor.

We ordered the lobster grilled cheese, clam chowder, and tomato soup and grilled cheese. The food came out hot and the presentation was very good. We also observed a number of other table with lobster dinners. The food was very good. As you would expect the lobster was marked price. The service was very good.

We walked to the restaurant, but parking was limited. I would recommend this spot in town.

I came here for a quick meal after exploring Acadia national park and had a great experience. Our waitress was friendly and very helpful. We got a bowl of clam chowder and some steamers. Food and water came out promptly. I enjoyed the chowder which was hearty and full of clams, while the steamers were fresh although a bit on the small side. This is a solid place for a quick meal before leaving Bar Harbor.
