Loved the live music!! The food was fine. The lobster roll had very small pieces and the Mac & cheese wasn't very cheesy (more like an Alfredo flavor). The staff was super polite!
Fish Tacos al Le Plastic Bag
I came for a drink at the bar and the experience was going great so I thought I would try the food out as well. That was a mistake because the tacos showed up in under 10 minutes which was the first red flag. The flour soft shells were obviously pulled directly from the bag with no attempt at heating/grilling whatsoever. We had such a lovely evening at Annex Café! The food was delicious, and it was great to see so many tasty vegetarian options. The live music really set the mood, and the whole place has such a warm, inviting vibe. Our waitress was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Definitely a spot to relax, enjoy good food, and soak in the atmosphere!
