The Stadium, Bar Harbor - Lobster Rolls, Popovers,Coffee

Great spot to grab quick bite or a treat. Breakfast crepes were delicious. Big note. Ignore all the pictures of seating. They no longer have any. It’s TO GO only. There are benches on the street and a nice park with a view of the harbor nearby.

Our family wanted to try Popovers for the first time without having to sit to order at Jordon Pond House in Acadia National Park. While shopping in Bar Harbour, we stopped into Stadium close to closing time and purchased two fresh-out-of the-oven popovers. (Somehow we actually had three in the bag… maybe because they were about to close. No complaints about that though!) The popovers were large with a soft, custardy inside and an amazing crispy outer layer. The maple butter and blueberry jam set it over the top. We ended up going back the next day for more.

The staff is very friendly and has excellent service.

Service was great and super quick. We stopped in here for the popovers since Jordan Pond was over an hour wait. Turns out that prices were a lot fairer here anyway! We got two popovers with blueberry jam for $9.95 and added the maple butter. Excellent! Super warm - very comparable to a french toast flavor. Highly highly recommend.

Coffee was fine, bit nothing exceptional, as was the blueberry pie. Not sure I will go back. Not particularly bad, just not awesome enough to brag about it before checking out the competition. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and it was clean and cheery in there.

Really good food, quick service, and love that it's a grab-and-go type of place -- made it easy for us to get lunch. Our group got the lobster roll, sausage, lobster mac and cheese, and popovers. Everyone was happy with their food. It was delicious, and service was fast and friendly. Great place to stop when you need a good meal, quickly.

Amazing coffee! Went here almost everyday of my vacation. They have a few souvenir items as well that are adorable and the whoopie pies and cookies were delicious!

My husband and I were wanting coffee when we stopped in Bar Harbor and came across this true gem! Annie was super sweet and incredibly helpful! I purchased a mini blueberry pie, 2 popovers and 2 black coffees and it was perfect! I came back and I bought us 2 lobster rolls and 2 cups of clam chowder the next day! It was my first time for me eating all of these things ☺️ I’m a baker from Maumee OH and what an experience! We came back again and I got him another lobster rolls, me a B.L.A.T and 2 more blueberry popovers with maple butter for the road❤️ Thanks again Annie for being so nice and hope to come back again someday but had to share my amazing experience!!! Keep up the great work everyone at The Stadium and the coffee shop!

We were treated with great customer service at our first stop in Bar Harbor. We ordered lattes and a walnut and chocolate chip cookie. Both were excellent! The owner offered us a pumpkin spice whoopie pie on the house. It was great as well! Would recommend to our friends and family.

This place has the best popovers and blueberry pie in Maine. I only wish that I had more time there to try more. The staff and owner are some of the nicest people that I met on my trip. I would highly recommend this place on a visit to Bar Harbor.

I was recently in Bar Harbor for 3 days, and we opted to go to The Stadium for breakfast 2 of those days. The coffee drinks were great and the workers were all friendly.

We ordered breakfast sandwiches both times and both times they were either put on the wrong bread or were completely missing bacon, even though the order sticker on the sandwich had the right ingredients. Both times, we took them to-go so we weren’t able to go back to have them corrected. It was a bit frustrating since it happened 2 days in a row, but the sandwiches were still great.
