Employees/ management are all smoking on the side where the trash is. 4 at one time. Meanwhile cars are backing up, weeds are growing all over the yard and the inside floor and bathroom is filthy.
No one at the counter at all.
Back outside, they flick the cigarettes away as they open the back door and one has to wonder if they go in and wash their hands.
Ironically, the staff working at the window are cheerful and efficient.
it definitely does not look good when you pull up to order and two of the employees are right next to the drive up smoking. This Dunkin has gone very down since the new owners. Everytime I order my coffee it's never made how I ask it to be made, nor is the sticker even right on it. The people who work there just want a pay check instead of actually working . Would not recommend this dunkin.
