We ordered two drinks which was very weak and we ordered a black cherry lemonade which was full of ice and very little flavor, very unsatisfied with the attitude of the server just took a drinks and left. At 5 and 6 a drink was very disappointed
Friendly staff, fast paced and orders are correct. If it happens that there is a mistake it’s fixed fast and accuracy.
I love Dunkin BUT I don't usually take note of exceptional staff. We sat in the restaurant and noticed consistent brilliant staff behaviours like praising each other, enthusiastic genuine conversation with customers and a lot of care. It was clean and our breakfasts were good. When our baby was crying, they brought over a doughnut hole, a small token that made a massive difference. We were seriously impressed with this particular location.
