First visit. If you come for the lobster roll, it's okay. I got the flatlander, lobster roll in butter, with a side of fries. Part of my roll was dried out, and 4oz of meat. The meat was good, cooked well. Hubby ordered 2 hot dogs (he's not a lobster lover), and the dogs should be cooked a bit longer. Our canned soda we ordered never came, and had to get them taken off the bill. The atmosphere has a few lovely pieces of art work, regular seating, easy menu. Overall review probably won't go back.

Loved supporting lobsterwoman Sadie! Her lobster roll was the best of our Maine trip! Loved the service---everyone was cheerful and caring. Even scored some great merch! A must-stop if you are in the area. Try the Sadie style lobster roll for an olive oil variation on the typical mayo style roll.

Wonderful food. The best I had in Maine!! I had the Lazy Lobster š¦ and a lobster roll with butter that was DELISH!!! The view is beautiful. We dined outside! I went back before I left to purchase a handmade ceramic whale tail. I'm happy I went back because then I was informed of who owned the place and the portraits on the wall as well as the artist that made my ceramic piece!!
NOTE: There was a vehicle parked at this location both times I went. Very disturbing ... S4T4N is the vanity plate.

Burnt chowder with a topper of lack of service. We walked out after smelling the chowder that was put before us. No way they didnāt know that was inedible. The entire place smelled like scalded milk when we walked in and we made a joke about it being the chowder and it was : ( Just a whim to walk by and find this place Look at the other reviews. Someone said to run. Sometimes adventures are fun but keep on truckināā¦this place runs the risk of backfiring on you ( pun intended) Went to Delvinoās Pasta House and it was fab .

We stopped here today on a whim, food was awesome. We tried the Lobster rolls, and crab rolls. It was all quite good, well priced and the lobster was well proportioned. My only minor complaint is that I think there could be more fries but that's it, as they had we super good as well.
Their lobster roll was probably the best roll I've had in 10 years. Not only was the lobster tender and in good volume, the roll was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of moistness to make each bite the perfect combination of bread to lobster. A lobster roll is simple, but theirs was just better than any I can remember.

Absolutely fabulous. Staff is informative and friendly. Had a Lobster Roll and Sweet Potato Fries. Super good. Could eat in. A comfortable area to eat outside.

Must Be Nice Lobster wasnāt very nice to us today. We were in town for just an hour and wanted a lobster roll and crab cakes. We chose to sit outside, though the dining area was only a dirt lot with some rusted tables. Our water and coke came quickly, but after that the staff moved slower than a tree sloth. Despite the waitstaff telling us multiple times that our meal āis comingā, it was close to 40 minutes from when we arrived at this mostly empty place before my wifeās crabcakes arrived. Her first taste was āmehā. My lobster roll, slaw and fries followed a few minutes later, but with no utensils or a napkin. The chef came to us explaining that they were breaking in new staff, but this should have been explained at the start, not after waiting 45 minutes for mediocre food. I went inside the building and told the waitress we were leaving, offered to pay for the coke, and left. Terrible service, would never go back!

My husband and I were really excited to try the lobster rolls here after reading the reviews but it ended up to be a pretty terrible experience. There was a table of 8 that I guess screwed up the kitchen but we ended up waiting 1.5 hours for our food. We ordered a beer when we got there and the blond haired waitress never came back to our table to offer a refill. She stood around behind the counter, seemed to wander around alot and couldn't seem to focus when orders came up and then not know where they were supposed to go. The soup was barely lukewarm. My lobster roll ended up coming out first with fries i didn't order (fries were cold). Lobster roll was enjoyable. I was done with my food and then my husband's food came out. He ordered the lobster roll trio and ordered it to be warm, but it was cold. Waitress was confused at which fries he ordered, but we never ordered fries eventhough we learned they come with the meal? Didn't know that. Overall it was such a stressful experience and wait that we would have avoided it entirely if we had known. I'm a waitress in another state and the laziness and inattentiveness of our waitress was terrible!
