I walked into Borderlands on a whim, waiting for my bike to be repaired at Gorham Bike & Ski nearby. It is a beautiful space with very friendly staff and great coffee. It has a big-city aesthetic with a warm local feel right in the heart of downtown Waterville, Maine.
I’ve been a fan of Mike’s and Bordlands Coffee for going on 3 years, and even despite me cutting back on my own coffee intake, I always make an exception for these lattes. The pastries are amazing, and the service is the best. I HIGHLY recommend if you want great coffee, tea, and snacks.
My iced cocodamia latte with oat milk was SO delicious!! The danishes were also fantastic. Wonderful location, my kids loved the craft carts in the seating area. We will definitely be regulars. I highly recommend checking them out!
