The girl at the register had gloves on, handled the money then went and made food with the SAME gloves on and repeated the process several times without changing gloves! So unsanitary and disgusting! Another girl only making food pulled up her pants to cover her crack that was hanging out and never changed her gloves either and went right back to making food for people!

They get hit hard when the rushes come through! And they handle it so well. They were so patient as my indecisive 3 year old picked out his donut, despite there being so much else going on. The only down side I ever have is the dinning area doesn't always get the attention it needs. But other than they are great!

Erk. We simply ordered a toasted bagel and a coffee with cream (no sugar). Bagel was microwaved and coffee was undrinkable + sweet.

Very nice team at this Dunkin! Made my drink with a very little sugar syrup exactly the way I like it.. they Even agreed to turn down the music it was as it was a bit loud for me and my husband so that we could have a nice chat.

If I could give NEGATIVE Food Stars, it would be -5. The inside food is worse than prison food. The delivered donuts is all you have that is "good." We have reported this to the managers. No one knows "FIRST." Regional Manager needs to wake up and do their job or this place will be reported to BBB and Health and Food Safety.
