So I stopped at BK in Biddeford on Tuesday afternoon on September 10, 2024 at around 2:30 p.m. It was mid-afternoon and no one was it the drive-thru in front of me. I figured it was well after lunch and before dinner so I may have a wait, but that's okay at least my food will be fresh and hot. I ordered a #1 Whopper meal with cheese and a coke, and made it a large. As I expected I had a bit of a wait. I'd say around 10 minutes. A woman came in and asked the cashier if able to speak to management, the cashier went to the manager standing in the front of the retrieving the sandwiches she called his name, He said " What" in a anger way, the cashier stated a customer wish to him, I am busy not now, as he stood there waiting on sandwich to be made. just standing, not doing anything.

No joke. My daughter ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal and my grandson got a happy meal. I ordered ONe honey mustard chicken wrap. Went through drive through, no wrap. Meanwhile my daughter eats her meal while we go back around to window to say there was no wrap. They take the empty bag with receipt and tell me the bag is empty so they won’t give the wrap they never put in. I said my daughter ate her meal. I ordered the wrap and never got it.
