I wanted to acknowledge the young person at the payment window who had a cast on his/her arm. Helpful, friendly and, obviously, hard working to be there with an injury! Excellent customer service!
I had been craving McDonald's fish sandwiches and You guys were and/or running a special 2 for $6. After about 2 weeks i was finally able to get a ride there. Only to be disappointed that after waiting 10 mins in drive thru for 2 fresh fish sandwiches that literally take about 4 mins to cook.. when i got home and discovered they were not freshly made. The sandwiches where to crunchy on the outside and rubber on the inside and i just couldn't eat.....

Despite the huge line bc of the snowstorm and no power in numerous areas of the state, we got our food in a timely manner and it was HOT! The drive thru line was outrageous but I constantly heard positive reinforcement from the "upper" staff and shift leads. They did a tremendous job!!!
