I feel mostly bad writing a less than 5 star review for this Burger King, but I must. It never seems to fail that when I order ahead using the app, something is wrong or missing. Today, I ordered a medium “Havesies” with my meal, only to receive a medium fry with no onion rings. Yet they put two zesty sauces in my bag. The errors they make are never huge, just annoying. I couldn’t even check it before leaving because I wasn’t the one who picked it up. Sigh.

Not sure what all the complaining is about, but I pick up food often here during the late night hours, and the crew is fantastic at this time.

I’ve seen them single handedly handle a line of 15 cars in the drive thru with only a couple people. There are people who work hard here to do their best and they should be applauded for that. Thanks for all you do.

June 29, 2024 First time visit on Alfred Street, Biddeford Maine 04005. A woman came in and asked the cashier if able to speak to management, the cashier went to the manager standing in the front of the retrieving the sandwiches she called his name, He said " What" in a anger way, the cashier stated a customer wish to him, I am busy not now, as he stood there waiting on sandwich to be made. just standing, not doing anything. The lady left, and the customer waiting...
