Disappointing they have only one table and some worn, rotting benches too low to ground on side of building for seating. Service was friendly enough, but presentation sadly lacking. I ordered Peanut Bar and was deflated when handed cold brown cylinder wrapped in cellophane. But husband enjoyed his soft serve maple and kids had no complaints about twist with sprinkles.
Kid-friendliness: Just a parking lot alongside a busy road, not safe for little kids. Overgrown yard behind building also not safe. Just a sliver of shade on one side of building.

Soft Serve heaven is here. They serve many more flavors here like coffee and Java berry. You can mix the swirls together which is yummy. This is really good ice cream. We will be back next Summer.

Maybe I'm spoiled by the kids' size ice cream from my small town of Poland, where it's only $2.50, but I was under the impression that the name Dairy Joy implied somewhat of a chain that's fairly commercial and it did come up when I searched "cheap" ice cream but $4.00 for a kid size soft serve seems steep for Dairy Joy, being in a somewhat ghetto area of Biddeford. The portion was way too big for my small 5 year old daughter, I'd gladly have paid half the price for half that amount. I'm also used to there being napkins out front, and not used to the small fee for using a card. They say try new things, so I did! My honest review thank you ❤️
