Not sure what was going on inside, but waited over 15 minutes in line for medium hot coffee, 2 cars in front of me, girl was just slow , piercings, tattoos, only handed ice coffee to truck in front of me and the guy shaking his head summed up the experience.

PROS! Food: I’ve never received order/coffee that wasn’t fresh and made right.
CONS! Service: I tried to make this my stop after work. I came every morning for two weeks. Most days I was the only customer. I have only received awkward passiveness. It’s very off putting and uncomfortable. It’s not even about putting on a customer service face, it’s literally human decency. I’ve never felt shunned from a drive thru before. Very bizarre
Yesterday the person at the speaker was basically scolding me, telling me they can’t hear me. But also interrupting me every other word to say “SPEAK UP” “WHAT!?”… there are polite ways to communicate that maybe have me drive to the window
This morning, the person took my card, said nothing to me, and turned 180° around until my food was ready. Then said nothing when giving me my bag. I wasn’t sure I was all set, I drove off idk…
Atmosphere: somehow better than the service. It’s very open and empty. Super liminal.
It genuinely feels like the whole store is actually a training facility for aliens ( or some kind of new life form) that need first hand experience with how to treat others AND in fact NOT A simple local donut and coffee stop and shop. Most likely funded by the deep state/ or maybe the aliens themselves. What is your plan spruce street Dunkin??? Do you plan on raising your extraterrestrial children to full understanding of human? For what? To integrated them into our society? Again I ask! For what???? This mystery may never be solved!

The customer service was just ok. No one was rude, but it was far from friendly. We waited a long time, and our drink orders were taken incorrectly and made incorrectly. The inside was dingy, and d could use a little clean-up.

Ordered drink via drive through. Received drink, was pulling cap back to taste and a female employee came to drive through window and asked me to "drive off" . I was so shocked by the comment and her hand gesture to drive off I simply left. There was no one was in the driveway path...instead.if asking are you all set...need anthing..ect....she was so RUDE

My daughter ordered food and drinks from this location via Doordash. She got cold food and no drinks. Dasher said it wasn't their fault, contact the store. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. There is a publicly posted number, you call it rings half a time, then sends you to a voicemail that isn't set up, and promptly hangs up.How are you suppose to contact them and let them know? My daughter and her friends were extremely disappointed, and will go through Starbucks from now on.

Had the s'mores cold brew. It may have had the ingredients, but it never had the taste of a s'mores. I'll pass on that one next time. But the regular coffee is awesome!

DO NOT GO HERE! Go to the one in saco or the Alfred st. Location in biddeford instead. This location just needs to be shut down. You will not get the correct order, even if you ask for it to be remade. Ordering ahead, going through the drive though, going inside, no matter what you will end up with a watered down coffee. Ordered a latte and after 3 attempts and 30 minutes best they could come up with was a black coffee. $5.50 and 30 minutes of my Sunday gone for a black coffee. Save the money, go somewhere else or make it at home, spruce st is not worth it by any means.
