I dined in on Monday and it was packed in there, probably due to the holiday. You could tell the workers were working very hard. I watched an older lady berate a crew member than the manager over dirty tables. A lot of tables had emptied in just the last few minutes. I felt bad for them.

Finally went to Five Guys and after paying more than $20 for a burger and fries at a counter service place, the expectations were high.. They got the burger wrong. I wanted a single, they gave me and charged me for a double. Too difficult to eat. Toppings were good and ample, but damn they need to season that burger on the grill! And why wasn't my cheese melted onto the burger? This was like the new McDonald's way, really? I won't go back. I don't want to eat...

We stopped for lunch today and we're immediately greeted warmly. I believe it was the manager who took our order, interacting pleasantly with us AND her staff. Our meal was cooked promptly and correctly. While we ate, we were able to get a sense of the work atmosphere there: folks seemed to genuinely enjoy being there. Great vibes! Highly recommend!
