First time at this Firehouse and it was a great example of going above and beyond for the guest. Ryana showed concern for the status of my order and educated me on how to order the most efficiently. She walked the food out to me since my hands were full with the drinks. She remembered my name from when I placed my order. She sets the bar for a leader in the food industry. Excellent sandwich!!! (turkey bacon ranch)
Donte and Abby dealt with a rush all on their own because the other employees decided to up and leave on them. They did phenomenal staying calm and got our order perfect. Should be a bonus or a gift card for them honestly.
