“The smash burger looked amazing, but two issues prevented me from fully enjoying it. The bun was toasted, but I would be inclined to call it burnt (it was black around the edges). My other complaint would be that the beef patty was a tad dry. I don’t know if the intention was to give it a charred taste, but it was hard to taste the flavor of the beef over the char.I did think that the bun was delicious and quite innovative, and I definitely enjoyed the Thousand Island dressing as a condiment.I also got a side of the tofu bites and they were quite good! A great alternative to french fries!“
