Being from Texas on our way up the coast, we were skeptical of a Mexican restaurant. We decided to stop and weren’t disappointed. Great appetizers and salsas (make sure you buy some salsa to take home while you’re here) and the entrees were good.
We were seating quick and promt. Drinks fast, Appetizer came out fast. We got the Chori-Queso and it was great! Super fresh and made with real cheese vs. cheap velveeta. Only down fall is we thought the Chorizo could have been drained to stop the pool of grease on the top.Husband judges a places by its burrito and they did not disappoint. He got the Carne Asada and it was a large portion enough to feed a hungry man.I got the steak fajitas and they were delicious. My only complaint...
Came early, its was quiet and the wait was nonexistent. Nice and cool on this hot day. The atmosphere was soothing and unrushed. The selections were plentiful and any questions i had were answered and actually helped me chose something i would have never ever considered. The burrito bowl was filled all the way to the tpp. The Chipotle chicken , tender, right amount of seasoning, vegetables were fresh, crispy, combined with the rice and beans and cheese and jabanero sauce, finished...
