A heads up to everyone ordering wings. If you order them sauced they don’t toss them. They drizzle the sauce. So ask for extra sauce on the side or call them after ordering online and ask them to toss it. What a disappointment for me

Most rude people I’ve ever encountered! My husband and I walked in hoping to get a pizza. We love the papa Johns in Bangor. We are vacationing and thought we’d try this one. The young man that finally waited on us was very rude and so was the woman who was working. I’m sure maybe he was stressed and maybe even having a rough shift but that isn’t the customers fault. We asked questions about the specials and prices on the pizzas and he would barely grunt an answer at us. Needless to say we walked out.

Got food for my sick children they mess up my order send it to my sisters house , the driver told my sister to have me call them and when I do they’re saying they can’t remake it even tho the driver said him self it would be cold and he would bring it . The person on the phone was so rude I can’t even wait to talk to his boss people pay hard earned money and they can just mess up orders on purpose, update My sister brings my food and says that the driver was banging on the door and scared her children that’s how loud it was and said that since the store messsed up they’d fix it so they lied aswell as being rude Ken is the drivers name

I’ve never seen a pizza so bad in my life. Whoever made it should be arrested. I’ve never left a review anywhere. The long haired guy in there making pizza clearly doesn’t care at all what quality he’s serving. Go anywhere else but here worst pizza I’ve ever seen in my life!!! This isn’t a joke
I'm from the Bronx New York brought up in maine. Oh my gosh Papa John's was so good in Saco! The staff was so friendly although the manager didn't call me for a job they can't be too desperate haha happy holidays! 😄
Love the brand, but the service in this location is awful. Ordered on the app - before 5 on a weekday (not busy). Arrived 25 mins later after the order was supposed to be ready - but it wasn’t even started. And the oven wasn’t very busy - ie it was pretty slow. During my additional 25 min wait 2 additional employees showed up. Lots of interesting conversations- not a lot of work.
