First time visit. Wood fired bagels. Had to try. Got everything bagel with lox and cream cheese. Ordered on website(preferred method and easy) bagel was ready when I got there. Perfect bagel and plenty of stuff inside. Very friendly staff. Pick up only but ate in my truck in parking lot.

Bagels are great, but service is slow and online pre-order usually does not work. We shouldn't have to pay more for a bulk pre-order of specific bagels.
