Wow - very homey feel with sweet staff and a sandwich that looks basic, but is anything but. The BLT was amazing as was the pumpkin brownie. Highly recommend this place if you’re anywhere in the area.

The MCA BLT is SO GOOD! Highly recommend to all- it hits the spot so well after a morning at the beach. The hand pressed juices are super tasty, too, and you can’t leave without getting a sweet potato brownie. Hidden gem in Biddeford.

The Açaí bowl I got was insanely good! It was beautifully made and delicious! I would definitely recommend others try this. I also really enjoy the strong man bites. It’s the perfect snack and absolutely delicious! The staff and environment are very friendly and inviting! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Stopped here for breakfast with my daughter and it is excellent! All vegan and you would never know it. I had spicy bacon with egg and daughter had BLT. Good sized and hearty sandwiches are very satisfying. Vegan ingredients are delicious. Highly recommend!

Finally, I am a tempeh convert. I've been trying to like tempeh since going vegan over 2 years ago and just couldn't do it. The tempeh BLT is the stuff my vegan dreams are made of. Absolutely delicious sandwiches and we loved our smoothie as well. The staff are also friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. If you can covert me to tempeh.. you must be magic. Thank you!

I just had the most delicious gluten free/vegan cupcake I have ever had. The creativity with the menu, the thoughtfulness of the ingredients, and the fact that everything was delicious makes this place amazing!
