I place an order on the phone and the man hung up before I could pay..he talked fast I called back to say I want to pay he said pay when you come in and hung up the phone, I placed the oder but someone else was picking up. I called a 3rd time and he told him and before I could finish what I was saying he said : make it fast we are busy ...he was rude and I did lose my temper and pass it off to my sister but he once again hung up... if I had a way to cancell my $60.00 order I would have, if this is any indication of the people that work at this establisment I am surprised you are still in business.

I called Christmas Day at 6:45 was told to order online order was submitted. 2 hours later I call and was told it was enroute be there shortly. They called me st 9:30 and told me they never got the order. Did I want them to cook it and it would arrive before 11pm. I asked for a refund and was told right away it would be taken care of. 2 days later still nothing. Called the store and they could have cared less some guy said to me that an owe we would call me in a few days. So No Christmas Dinner, No Refund and what’s worse Not once had anyone bothered to Apologize to me. I’m not out $56.00 and no one seems to care. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. A horrible place run by people who don’t care. I will never use this place again and I will be telling everyone how poorly I was treated on the phone. WORST PLACE EVER.
I absolutely love the food at wok n roll, anytime I order chinese food it is my go to. Delivery service is not very good, waited 2 hours for the food once. I called at 1hr 30 mark to get an update and they said they were only just starting to make it? The person i talked over the phone with was very friendly though.

Wow! This place is the bomb, you might not think it but this place is a hidden cove. One dish is enough for three at least, and the food is very good quality. The wait isn't bad at all, and it's very good with takeout. This is probably the best affordable Chinese food by far near me, and it doesn't disappoint. Portions are generous, seating is available, take out is available, affordable, convenient. Just perfect ✨

You claim to have delivered our dinner today. Saying that it was delivered downstairs (which we don't have) and that your driver GPS had the correct address.
If you would like our Ring footage for the past 24 hours, you will see that at no time did your driver ever enter our complex. Only one exit and entrance.
We expect a full refund and an apology. I'm sure you don't want to deal with our bank and my lawyer.
