I absolutely love the food at wok n roll, anytime I order chinese food it is my go to. Delivery service is not very good, waited 2 hours for the food once. I called at 1hr 30 mark to get an update and they said they were only just starting to make it? The person i talked over the phone with was very friendly though.

I just ordered $75 dollars worth of food it took 2.5 hours to be delivered! The food is cold now and no one wants to eat it! Worst experience yet thanks a lot walk & roll!

Wow! This place is the bomb, you might not think it but this place is a hidden cove. One dish is enough for three at least, and the food is very good quality. The wait isn't bad at all, and it's very good with takeout. This is probably the best affordable Chinese food by far near me, and it doesn't disappoint. Portions are generous, seating is available, take out is available, affordable, convenient. Just perfect ✨

You claim to have delivered our dinner today. Saying that it was delivered downstairs (which we don't have) and that your driver GPS had the correct address.
If you would like our Ring footage for the past 24 hours, you will see that at no time did your driver ever enter our complex. Only one exit and entrance.
We expect a full refund and an apology. I'm sure you don't want to deal with our bank and my lawyer.

Pepper steak good taste the spare ribs really good taste. The pork rice is the down. The tastse blend. The service was fast friendly. The place is clean but a dill plain look. Have a out ten tables you want dine in. They have delivery the price is cheap. Over all it was a great place to dine.

Their food is more than ample and usually adequate. Finding a piece of plastic in the cashew chicken unrelated to take out plastic, not great. Will try them one more time and hope this was an enigma.
Food was cold by the time we got and the driver almost got into a physical altercation with my husband. Called the store and they basically said the driver’s story will certainly be different from mine and there’s not much they can do about it. He also said I should do pick up from now on.
