I place an order on the phone and the man hung up before I could pay..he talked fast I called back to say I want to pay he said pay when you come in and hung up the phone, I placed the oder but someone else was picking up. I called a 3rd time and he told him and before I could finish what I was saying he said : make it fast we are busy ...he was rude and I did lose my temper and pass it off to my sister but he once again hung up... if I had a way to cancell my $60.00 order I would have, if this is any indication of the people that work at this establisment I am surprised you are still in business.

I have always loved the food here. I got food here recently, but it was horrible this time around. The guy at the register kept telling people to hold on the phone, rude as hell, messes up orders, and calls customers names. There is absolutely no customer service here at all. Then one of the girls, the one with the really short hair, went out to smoke and to pet her dog, then came in and prepped food, not even wash her hands. The boneless pork ribs are all fat and gristle. The rice tastes overcooked and dry. The only real good thing was the sides. Probably won't be going back ever again. Needs a sever health inspection.
I order from here all the time but tonight was horrible. I placed a delivery order at 7:30 for 9pm. I got home and at 9:30 still no food. I called and the person that answered the phone said the driver was on his way. We live five mins from the restaurant. It’s not 10:28 and they are closed and we still have not received our food and I can’t get a hold of anyone! Not the experience you want after playing sports and craving Chinese food. We have been on the go all day and now don’t have dinner. This will be my last time ordering.

We were on vacation at old orchard beach and were looking for Chinese food and came across this place. Best Chinese I’ve had in years! They give you sooo much food that you have tons of leftovers. I would highly recommend this place!!
