Extremely average. Server spent more time texting people behind the bar than taking care of us. Food was not very flavorful. Portions were good, it came out and looked good, lacking flavor. Certainly not worth the money, but wanted to try it once. Not a lot of options in the area so, I guess it is what it is. Took really long, and the water was terrible also. Maybe ask for bottle water. Did not try there beers, 8-9 for one beer is a bit too much for me.

We really enjoyed Blaze. Even though they are in the middle of a major renovation, they are still open and serving great food with a smile.

Usually this place is really good ,but tonight was the exception. It was cold and we ate with coats on ,the waiter brought our food and was supposed to bring more napkins and never did !So we ate and he never came back at all !!! We finish and sat there for 10 to 15 minutes and still never came back ,we had some food to box up . So we proceeded out to the bar area and he was there talking to a girl ,he did check us out ,but never apologized for never coming back to the table .We still left a 20% tip ,but doubtful if we go back till atleast summertime!!!!I guess he was girl crazy and not customer crazy.....lol

Very cool place! There is a dining area overlooking the rushing river and an outdoor beer garden. We enjoyed the raw oysters with blueberry vinaigrette. Spicy fish tacos were so tender and the breading was really light- so good. The mushroom swiss burger was good, but nothing that stood out. I loved the big duck fat french fries. Non-alcoholic beer was nice and my friend has the seasonal pumpkin spice espresso martini and she likes it. Can't wait to go when the weather warms up next spring and sit outside!

We don’t dine out too often, so we try to go to different restaurants, Blaze puts a wrench in that plan 80% of the time… it’s just so good.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Our first waitress was obviously new which was no big deal, everybody has to learn! It was a cold fall day and we wished the fire pits were burning for warmth. Food was good but not great. Would recommend to others! Very dog friendly!

Food was good. It was quite cold in the dining area, in which the heat wasn't on for some reason, even after we expressed being cold. Very friendly and nice staff.

Our server Darby was fantastic! So Charming and helpful. The food and beer is expensive but the great service made up for it.

Stopped here today for lunch, because, quite honestly, everything else appeared to be closed. There's a lot of construction going on in the front of the establishment and we had to work around the construction material to get to the door that allowed us to enter. Not very encouraging. but when we got inside, everything changed. Great service. We were seated immediately. And the food was just outstanding. We ordered lobster bisque, which came with two perfectly toasted pieces of French bread. We also ordered the haddock sandwich which was outstanding. French fries were clearly hand cut. Delicious. Great beer. This is the place that I will visit again. And by the way, our server was delightful

We had the pleasure of sitting outside on a beautiful day. We enjoyed a variety of beer. The food was very good. We had oysters, poutine, wings, burger, Brussel sprouts, charcuterie board. Everything was tasty. We will go again and try pizza next time and more poutine! I believe our server was Quinn she was terrific! Very attentive but not bothersome. Would ask for her again.

Went there for dinner tonight. I had the wagyu burger w/ duck fat frites and my wife had the honey glazed duck with fingerling potatoes and broccolini. That duck was amazing with the honey glaze on it. Great dish!! Like dark beer, try the Bailey Boy, it's great! We will be back.

This is a hidden gem. Lots of blaze locations around Maine at this point but this one is somewhat unique being in a quiet coastal town. The bbq is authentic and on par with the best southern bbq stands. The drinks are excellent just be careful if you get offered to try the new hot sauce.

The pizza was undercooked! The cheese didn’t even melt. And the crust was soggy. We also had the a brisket sandwich, it was not “brisket” meat but precooked meat that was sliced and put in with a lot of juice that made it very soggy! It was expensive considering the poor quality of the food.
