This place is awesome! On a recent trip to the Maine coast my wife and I stopped at Brady's for lunch. The building is clean, spacious and has a nautical, rustic charm. Chef John greeted us at our table and returned a couple times to chat. Brady's owner also came to our table and introduced herself. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Our last meal while on vacation in Maine was eaten at Bradys Restaurant on Union Street. We were warmly greeted by our lovely server Sam B. My husband ordered the seafood fra Diablo. I ordered the steak. First we shared an order of crab cakes. My husband loves crab cakes but unfortunately he’s been disappointed our whole vacation. But not tonight! Great pub experience for us at lunch. There's a big dining room and outdoor deck but it was raining and chilly. Bartender was super friendly as were some locals eating lunch. We sat at a high top table in the bar area and it was a good spot after walking around in the rain all morning. Food was delicious. I had the haddock sandwich and it was good, my gal had the lobster roll and it was great, she loved!!! Cool place!
