“What a wonderful restaurant! Dinner and cocktails were fabulous! Our service with Susan and her assistant was amazing! They left us needing for nothing even checking on us after we paid our bill! And the view on the outside deck was magnificent! We enjoyed a beautiful sunset while enjoying our anniversary dinner! This was our second time visiting Boothbay Harbor and our second time dining at Coastal Prime! We will definitely come back our next visit!!Would highly recommend”

“The server Wed night was exceptional. And dinner was super!
Thursday night the servers seemed stressed ad fighting for who had our table - our dinner order got taken twice, ad when we told the First server Another had come and taken our order again, well...
Hopefully they worked it out.

The Oysters were top notch clean, fresh!

The Grilled Vegetable Sandwich was satisfying and so very tasty, and the salty stag Asian Salmon is our fave meal in town!”

“Baker's Way is a local favorite! This place has solid breakfast sandwiches (the owner always recommends egg cheese bacon or sausage on a croissant!), apple fritters, & cinnamon rolls. Prices are reasonable. The owner is very kind. Sometimes they give you extra goodies before closing the store for the day :P Can't recommend this place enough.”

“Lovely would be the best word to describe the Smugglers Cove. I traveled alone and had no concerns about my safety. The breakfast is very filling and will give you energy for the day. I was able to skip lunch, since my breakfast was so filling.
The dinner option that I chose was a lobster mac and cheese. It tasted as if it was done by a gourmet and it was loaded with lobster! Yeah. My room had a good view of the waters both pool and river. The staff and other vacationers were very friendly. Great place to go if your single or a family.”

Highly recommended by another friend and we were not disappointed.....the food /service was exceptional...halibut bouillabaisse was superb...I even drank the broth...I didn't care who saw me ..husband and his friend had risotto....all was scraped down to the bottom of the dish Waitress was a 20 out of 10... knowledgeable about menu..also she was bartender..drink was great Dessert was a blueberry cheese cake .melted in your mouth This was our 1st time and won't be our last The chef Karin has such a skill with food .so impressed! If you all want an exceptional meal go to the Boathouse...you won't be disappointed! The place isn't fancy..boaty decor...who cares....the food makes up for it!”

“This is the best restaurant breakfast we have had in some time (and we eat breakfast out often). The coffee is excellent, the biscuits as good as what I make at home and the eggs were done perfectly. We returned the next morning and had the French Toast stuffed with cream cheese and Maine wild blueberries and it also was excellent. The ambiance is pleasantly funky and the service is warm and efficient.”
