A little understaffed, which is not unusual after Labor Day. But, staff was quite pleasant.
We went to the Salty Stag for a casual lunch and the view was beautiful. Our server Jana (dp?) was helpful and attentive in spite of serving customers outdoors on the patio along with us being indoors. Our meals were very delicious with generous portions. In particular was the amount of lobster in the Lobster Mac and Cheese! So good and too much for one person. ( We ended up taking a huge portion home .) We were staying onsite and had a lovely dinner and breakfast here. Setting is wonderful. Staff was kind. Food was also great (better than we had at a few of the downtown restaurants!)

The Salty Stag Restaurant offers a great dining experience with tasty dishes like littlenecks Mediterranean style, lobster Mac n cheese, pan roasted salmon, and grilled pork tenderloin. While the prices are not the cheapest in the area, the quality of food and attentive service make it a solid option for diners. Guests enjoy a variety of dishes including vegetarian bolognese, pork chops, calamari, and lobster eggs benedict. The cocktails and unique wine list complement the meals perfectly, although drink prices are noted to be high-end hotel level. The bar area is a vibe, with extremely comfortable seating, and sitting there can provide better service, especially if lucky enough to be served by Yigit. The atmosphere is pleasant, with beautiful sunset views over the harbor, making it a cozy and enjoyable dining option. The music is enjoyable, and while some found the medium rare to be more like medium well, the overall quality of food and service continues to receive high praise.
