You can't beat the view here. Our waitress was nice. The food was just so so. Lobster gumbo was decent. The crab cakes were ok. The brussel sprouts appy was not good - deep fried / oily and very salty.
My wife and I were at the lounge the last 2 nights. Great atmosphere, the bartender was extremely friendly. It was our second trip to Boothbay/Sunset Lounge. Or previous experience was the same. Great place to visit, the Harbor Inn is away from the restaurants, shops and bars, but it is only a footbridge away.
Parking: Stay at the harbor inn, you won't drive again until you are ready to leave. Everything is within walking distance.
