Omg such an amazing experience if you get the chance to go do it you won't ever forget it. The owner and his family are so very nice and came around and made sure every guest was ok and provided refreshments when needed. We had such a great time the meal was absolutely amazing then we took a small hike around the island to work it all off.

I started in February 2023 looking for a place to host 35 family members for a Reunion/70th birthday party. Nancy provided the best suggestions for type of meals for our group and Lindsey was wonderful helping get pictures, separating tickets for our combination of children and adults. They were a pleasure to work with. The staff at Cabbage Island was helpful and accommodating. Every aspect of the day was perfect. We created a wonderful memory and I would highly recommend it.

You will be entertained, welcomed and well fed! This family run business is run like a well oiled machine. The trip one the water is fun and informative. The food is EXCELLENT. Two lobsters? Heaven. Don't miss watching the crew cook! So interesting and they're happy to explain the process. They're proud and they should be. Only one complaint...I couldn't get the blueberry cake recipe, darn it!

We had a group of 8 adults. Our experience was amazing. It included the 55 minute narrated boat tour over to the island. The island was amazing with all the accommodations (plenty of tables, restrooms, bar, gift shop, corn hole, badminton and other games). We watched as they steamed the Clambake in seaweed over a wood fire pit. We were served fish chowder. The drink of the day was blueberry vodka, lemonade, a splash of seltzer with Maine blueberries. It was delicious as well. There was a hiking trail to see Osprey nesting in a tree. Then the horn blows and you line up to be served a meal including fresh steamer clams, two whole lobsters, corn, potato, onion, hard boiled egg , drawn butter, bib and all you need to eat such a delicious meal. Water, coffee, iced tea, lemonade included. This is completed with a huge piece of blueberry cake! All this for $87.50/pp. chicken option for those that cannot eat shellfish and hot dog options for children. The entire staff were extremely accommodating and so kind to everyone. The island is owned by the Moore family and many of them were there to meet and greet us. They cooked over 300 lobsters! Just an amazing experience! We might have to make this a yearly tradition. You do need to make reservations early (like a month in advance) and be prepared to pay cash or write a check. Loved it!

We just went in this place last week as “Mauricio Party” My cousin reserved it 6 months ahead. When we arrived, we had the table reserved. We’re so happy and amazed. The staffs are so friendly, food was delicious! So much fun! I highly recommended this place. Meal with soup, dessert and coffee.
