Had the clam chowder and lobster bites for a few bites after driving up and being a coastal MA girl all my life, have to say the chowder could have been better and the tempura batter on fried lobster bites was a bit heavy and oily. Going for dinner tomorrow night and hoping for a redemption dinner.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary and were not disappointed. I was surprised my husband suggested this place where he doesn’t like seafood but there was plenty on the menu for him to choose. I started with a blueberry salad and got the haddock with little neck clams for my main meal. The sauce was to die for! I would put that on everything. The place to dine when in Boothbay. Outstanding views, elegant venue, exquisite food, great staff. Lobster was fantastic. Sushi was a pleasant surprise and among the best I've had. Highly recommend.
