Mint chip was the best!

While walking around the lovely town shopping area, we wandered into this ice cream shop. We were the only ones in here yet it took nearly 3-4 minutes for the man in the back to finally help us. He was on his phone via an AirPod and was talking to someone in his native language. While the ice cream was good, both waffle cones had an ice cream ball hanging off the edge… as a huge ice cream shop person, this doesn’t make sense. Had we walked outside into the warmth, this would have fallen to the ground. ( didn’t get a photo of the second cone, as he was too busy trying to save the falling ball).
Over all maybe it was a bad day for the employee or maybe he wasn’t trained on how to actually scoop and make a cone…

The Orange Swiss Chocolate Chip ice cream is the best!!! There was only one person working in the shop tonight and he was brilliant! Great sense of humor, handled a line of 8 people with aplomb and definitely deserves a raise! We come every year and love this place!

Was here in Boothbay harbor with my husband for 3 days me and my husband visited this place twice a day. Absolutely fabulous the best ice cream I have ever had chocolate raspberry truffle and chocolate fudge Oreo I loved those two flavors and they have over 70 different flavors that I have never seen at any other place it’s must to visit

Enjoyed our delicious ice cream - many flavors to choose from. Large portions. Pricey but I guess that’s to be expected in tourist areas…

Said had Sugar free options and the 1 location had none. The downtown location had vanilla only. Very disappointed

This ice cream is among the best I’ve ever had. I live in Vermont and have had many Ben and Gerry flavors as well as other homemade ice cream. This is as good if not better than any of them.
They serve generous portions and have a nice selection of vegan and gluten-free flavors.
