We had the best experience at the bar with AK. He was fantastic- super friendly, gave great food suggestions that turned out amazing! Would go back again and again!!

Incredibly small inside. They did say it was their busiest night yet. Brought me the wrong dinner but fixed that really quick. Great friendly service in the dining room. Definitely make reservations. Food tasted great. Small portion and very pricey though. Would go here again but most likely only for a special occasion.

The atmosphere was charming and cozy as if it were out of a Hallmark movie; it was Christmas themed with a great playlist. April did a beautiful job decorating.

The clam chowder, however, was disappointing. The presentation was promising. I wouldn't describe the chowder itself as "thick." It was on the watery side, and it was light on the potatoes, onions, and clams. It was a small portion for the price (I ordered a bowl).

Amazing!!! We went to Boothbay to see the Christmas Tree made of buoys and we were HUNGRY. Harborside 1901 was a short walk from the municipal parking lot and in a lovely spot on the river. They were welcoming and BUSY. We found seats at the bar, loved the unique drink list and settled in to eat. The moussaka was the BEST I'VE EVER HAD (and I have it everywhere). We love 4 hours away and I already want to come back and have ot again. My vegetarian friend had the stuffed pepper. Gorgeous and delicious. 100% recommend. The staff were lovely and the ambience was fantastic.

Harborside is our go-to spot! They serve the freshest, most delicious sushi with generous portions. April is amazing—so warm and friendly, making each visit even better. Their cocktails and calamari are also top-notch. Highly recommend!

Bartender AK was terrific creating a concoction of his own that was super tasty and had a fall apple cider old fashion that was amazing!!!

Had a drink with AK as our server/bartender. He was gracious, and treated us like royalty.

We have had a great experience in Boothbay thusfar but the service and food at 1901
was second to none. I wish we took pictures of the incredible sushi we had, but it was so good we dove in before we could 😁. Our bartender, AK, was so kind and gave so many good suggestions on dinner and drinks. Best sushi we have had in a very long time. Give them a try. You won’t regret it!

I had a prefect dinner, AK was my bartender the man was amazing great service, knowledgeable and personable. The pot pie was amazing I followed that with an espresso martini that AK made in front of me which was a pleasure to watch his craft and the care he took in making my cocktail made the experience so much more memorable and wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone.
